We provide remote or on-site support with professional and knowledgeable multilingual coordinators in over 100 countries around the world.
TRAVEL SUPPORT
Anything from an airport transfer to round-trip across the globe air tickets, fast-track airport meet and greet, in-city and in-country ground transportation with modern vehicles from professional vetted transportation companies in any country.
We can provide any vehicle from a small sedan to a large bus with professional drivers. Specialized security transportation can also be provided.
AUDIO, VIDEO, INTERPRETING EQUIPMENT
We provide professional state-of-the-art equipment for your event no matter the size or place. Wireless digital high-quality equipment is available in any combination whether it is one microphone for a small group meeting to full conference and symposium support for large events.
We offer simultaneous interpreting equipment with encryption, which guarantees the privacy of your events. Full-size and tabletop portable interpreting booths for one or multiple languages are available.
TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION
We are glad to provide you with translation and consecutive or simultaneous interpretation services by highly-trained interpreters and translators for your international events.
Our interpreters and translators have complete mastery of their working languages, including an excellent command of their native language developed throughout years of professional work.
